These terms govern your use of Trivet, made by Handler Labs LLC. By using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Apple's standard licensed application terms also apply to your use of the app.
Using Trivet
Trivet is for your personal, non-commercial use in keeping and cooking your own recipes. You may import recipes for your private use. Trivet helps you parse and store content you provide or link to; it does not grant you rights to anyone else's content. Please respect the copyright of recipe authors and do not use Trivet to republish others' work.
Your content
Your recipes and other content are yours. They are stored on your device and in your own iCloud. We claim no ownership over them and we cannot access them.
Purchases
Trivet's core features are free. Premium features are available by subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Purchases are billed through your Apple account under Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can manage or cancel them in your device's subscription settings. A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
The import service
The import service fetches public web pages you choose to import. It is provided as is, and reliability depends on the source site. Some pages cannot be imported automatically, and you can always add a recipe by hand.
Disclaimers
Trivet is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Cooking involves judgment: times, temperatures, and quantities should be checked against your own experience and equipment. We are not responsible for the accuracy of imported recipes or for the outcome of any dish.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Handler Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
